Yoga and friendships help me cultivate balance. An early morning fitness routine gets me motivated for the day. Connecting with others allows me to refocus my goals and inspires me to consider new perspectives.
To wind down, I knit and listen to an audiobook. Shopping locally allows me to source food that is healthy and good for me and the environment.
I am still perfecting the balance of all these aspects but enjoying learning more about myself as I do; it is a continual process that I revisit regularly.
