Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff by Richard Carlson. Although it’s a small book, it has a ton of information and has been something I could turn to when I’m stressed or feeling down.
You can always find something contained within its pages that will help. There’s around 100 inspirational tidbits to read. The book is great at guiding you in whatever your need may be at any particular moment.
And it’s also useful for the little things we deal with every day and provides advice on stuff we may want to improve in our lives: communicating better, how to stop interrupting people…helpful little tips that anyone could incorporate into their daily lives.
