a beautiful way to view the world

The book I draw the most inspiration from, and that motivates me to live the way I do, is the Bible. I particularly like the verse that says, “Love your neighbour as you love yourself.”

I also love this verse: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

To me, those both speak to basic humanity. This is what we should all aspire to be as people. If people treated others the way they want to be treated themselves, it would be wonderful. And that’s a beautiful way to view the world and such a beautiful picture of humanity.

No one wants to be treated badly. Everyone wants to be loved.
