The thing I like most about myself is being able to make people laugh, and helping them make proper nutrition and exercise part of their lifestyle. I love seeing people happy, confident and feeling good about themselves.
Some researchers say that laughter can be the best medicine to make you feel better instantly! The effects of laughter and exercise are very similar. Your pulse and blood pressure increase, sending more oxygen to the muscles thus increasing your calorie expenditure. Let’s all laugh, shall we!
Although laughing can burn calories, don’t give up those cardio and exercise sessions. Losing one pound (3,500 calories) would technically require 17.5 hours of laughing . . . BAHAHAHA!
