I moved to Barrie almost six years ago to raise a family and start a new career. I co-own a training facility with my husband called the Institute of Sport Performance and Wellness. I have grown to love this community and through my education and experience have grown to helping moms build strength, confidence and beauty both inside and out.
I teach moms that it’s never too early or too late to start taking care of themselves using a holistic approach to fitness. Being a mom is busy and it’s not always easy to prioritize our own needs. I teach moms simple and smart ways to keep feeling strong and beautiful so they can continue to be the moms, partners and career women that they are.
I feel most alive when I am out on my paddle board on Lake Simcoe, hiking on the local trails or sharing my passions with others. I truly believe we are all given a gift to be of service in this world. Sharing my passion for self-love, fitness, yoga and a healthy lifestyle is my purpose. I’ve always loved each of these things but I’m now seeing that there’s a need for my message and how I can help other moms be successful in life.
Life can be stressful and overwhelming – but it doesn’t have to be. My life’s work is to show other moms that we can live the life we always dreamed of and we don’t have to hold ourselves back because we had kids.
